i-Stay@SAC obtained its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in Q2, 2017. It is the 2nd workers’ accommodation managed by I STAY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD, following the success of i-Stay@Indahpura. This facility represents an enhanced version of our previous development, incorporating key improvements based on operational experience and feedback. It is designed to accommodate up to 1,868 workers, in full compliance with the latest JTK requirement of 3.6 sqm per person. The dormitory offers two types of accommodation: Type A: Suitable for up to 10 workers Type B: Suitable for up to 8 workers All standard features from our earlier developments have been retained and further enhanced, please refer to the Facilities and Service Section. i-Stay@SAC continues our commitment to providing safe, comfortable, and compliant living environments for workers.
